Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all coffee bags are unopened and equipment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 3 to 5 business days.
